When It Just Hurts That Bad

First ... run to Christ...



Then ... start preaching the gospel to yourself...


It allows you to worship through the tears and praise through the pain.
He is always worthy.

Why are you downcast, O my soul, why so disturbed within me?  Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.  Psalm 42:5
